We used our own custom semi-CMS PHP application to built a site that is simple and attractive. It is a bi-lingual site that automatically detects through javascript and PHP, the users language settings although this can overridden. Furthermore, some custom scripting was used to handle the Google Maps. It has been showcased in various webdesign sites. Another example of our low cost site plan.

If you look around there are too many travel websites that look the same and offer dated, low quality content. With Discover Rhodes we’re aiming high, with fresh news, interesting articles and useful, continuously updated information, avoiding the so usual clichés of the travel websites. We will try to cover uncommon aspects of this beautiful island, providing a wide view about what the Rhodes has to offer to its visitors.

On the technical part, the site is based on a highly customized WordPress installation, showcasing our skills in creating complete CMS solutions from of an open source application like WP.
